Food use(Food Grade): in food industry
PA is used as sour agent, nutrient starter, water retention agent and it can inhibit microbial growth and prolong shelf life; used in combination with antioxidants to prevent oxidative rancidity of food, widely used in sucrose
refining.
1) Clarifying agent and sour agent in food and beverage.
2) Nutrients for yeast.
3) Sugar factory.
4) Pharmaceutical industry, pharmaceutical capsules.
5) Used as a flavoring agent, it can replace lactic acid to adjust the PH value in the beer saccharification process.
Electronic use:
Mainly used in microelctronics industries such as large-scale integrated circuits IC, thin film liquid crystal display TFT-LCD, semiconductor, etc., mainly used for chip cleaning and etching; it can also prepare high-purity phosphate.
